This is the temple of Bangkok's urban explorers' dream. Wat Paknam may have been established in 1610, but it was the completion of the 69-meter-tall Buddha statue that has put it closer to the hearts of photographers. The height of the statue meant that it could be seen from a distance away, framed by Bangkok's sprawling urbanscapes. The canal that runs nearby the temple has been beautiful vantage points as well.
