Located in my favourite hotel this part of town is MLA's latest project. Lady Yi Tea House features a beautiful blend of peranakan-inspired motif and materials against the industrial tones of Four Points' double-volume lobby area. While the blue hour brings out the subtle colors of the interior, I will be back one day to experience the space on a beautiful sunny evening too.
