Continuing their expansion of boutique high-rises beyond Mont Kiara, Kaia Heights marks UEM Sunrise's first foray into the Equine Park neighbourhood. yhsa delivered a design that harmoniously balances high-density living with the site's rugged hilltop topography, integrating a generous spread of facilities that flow from the sprawling podium down into the surrounding 6-acre nature reserve.
