Empire City has been in the making for the past few years. While work seems to have intensified lately, this neighbourhood is certainly not short of half-constructed buildings and infrastructures, and this morning we had the opportunity to explore one stretch of a new flyover that features a cool backdrop of the gleaming buildings behind. Woke up extra early to catch the magic that was the rising sun being reflected on the glass panels.
