One may be forgiven for being reminded by our mum's favourite plasticwear - the colorful dish covers, but these curious-looking structures rising from an otherwise common-looking landscape do beg to be given a second look. We got to know later of their original intention but the state of things from what we saw somehow gave the indication that it's being under-utilised now.
