SAMBA BRAZILIAN STEAKHOUSE |
ARCHITECTURE/ INTERIOR • FEB 2017 • PHNOM PENH, CAMBODIA
I remember the surreal experience of leaving the bustling, dusty streets of Phnom Penh for the embrace of a cosy, vintage-inspired space that is Samba, this charming south-american cuisine restaurant that apparently has garnered quite a following among the affluent locals and expats alike. The Malaysia-based architect firm MLA Design employed the clever use of recycled materials in creating a place is fitted with unique pieces of deco items that echoes the memories of yesteryear yet adding a touch of creative modern twist to the style.
