I seldom rave about f&b outlets, but Butter and Breans in Happy Mansion, Petaling Jaya, one has the killer combination of coffee that's better than starbucks (though frap is not part of their offerings), pastries that kept me dreaming about them many many hours after consumption, all packed in a quaint tight chic space that apparently reminds one of aussie outlets (though i have not been to that part of the world to confirm).
