Set amidst local neighbourhood kopitiams, hardware shops and hair saloons, the dessert bar stands out as a shiny testimonial to the changing of times, attracting curious stares from housewives on their way back from the markets and buzz from the younger generation looking for something new to tickle their tastebuds with.
