An urban discovery of this level of charm happens only once in a while, but that is enough to keep me going. Despite having been around since 1962, this seven-storey apartment block that was once home to KL's wealthy chinese families has somehow eluded me and my street adventures. But I'm glad to have made contact now, even though many decades since its fall from glory. While the heydays are gone, there is a certain charm that remains. It helps to have really friendly residents who are taking reasonably good care of the space as well.
